Fee-Based Services

WNYLRC staff can provide specific services to member libraries and library systems on a contract basis. Fees are based on the scope and details of the project, please contact WNYLRC for more information. 

Grant writing

  • Be a cooperative or lead agent in a grant to provide specific services for mutually beneficial goal-oriented projects
  • Write and submit a grant proposal on behalf of a member library to procure funding for specific projects 

Strategic Planning

  • Provide on-site information sessions to project or program participants to determine scope and rationale of planning process
  • Create surveys, conduct interview or reaction sessions, and utilize other information gathering tools to solicit critical information for project or program development
  • Assist with mission and vision statements and develop specific goals, objectives, and action items
  • Develop an outline for, and subsequent versions of a written goal-oriented and outcomes based strategic plan to be finalized by project participants
  • Work with project participants to implement goals and objectives outlined in strategic plan

Free Services

In Service Training
WNYLRC staff can provide in-service training about WNYLRC services and programs at no charge to member libraries and library systems onsite.  Presentations can be arranged around the host sites' agenda.  Contact WNYLRC for more information.

  • Presentation of material
