Documentary Heritage Program
The Documentary Heritage Program (DHP) is a field service program supporting local efforts to identify, organize, and make available historical records that are critical to ensuring the survival of New York's heritage. Established by law in 1988, the DHP is administered in this region by the Western New York Library Resources Council with funds provided by the New York State Archives, State Education Department.
