Using Firefox and Delicious Bookmarks to Manage Your Reference Links
This is the first in a series of occasional "Lunchtime Learning" sessions. This is a VIRTUAL workshop that will be held via WebEx, so there's no need to leave work to get training! Just join us at your computer during your lunch hour.

A few days before the workshop, participants will be sent a link to the WebEx room as well as any handouts, if applicable. If this is your first time using WebEx, please enter the room 10 minutes early so that you can install their (free) plug-in.

Using Firefox and the Delicious Bookmarks extension together can be a great way to keep track of online reference sources, so that you have them at your fingertips when you need them. You'll also be able to access them from any computer, either work or home. Whether you do virtual reference or staff a physical reference desk, you will find something useful here. The workshop will also include suggestions for web resources that you may want to bookmark, such as freely available databases, journal articles and other reputable sources.
