The WNYLRC Training Center is a classroom facility with 15 multimedia computers, a video projector, Internet connection, and other amenities. It is designed to improve access to information for the people of Western New York by helping librarians, library staff and library users develop skills in using information technology.

The Training Center is used by WNYLRC to provide various kinds of computer training. SUNY/OCLC also offers classes on a regular basis to facilitate attendance of participants in this part of the state.

In addition, it is available for use by WNYLRC members who have a need for a training facility.
