New York State Laws and Regulations as they pertain to the NY3Rs
The New York 3Rs including WNYLRC were formed to promote resource sharing among diverse types of libraries and library systems. Below are specific laws and regulations that govern operations of every Reference and Research Library Resources Council in the state including grant programs that they manage (CCDA and RBDB) and service programs they oversee (HLSP and DHP).
