2021-2026 WNYLRC 5-Year Plan of Service (State)
Strategic Planning Committee 2020:
In December 2020, the Strategic Planning Committee (led by consultants Nancy S. Kirkpatrick and Pamela Jones) completed its work on the new Strategic Plan July 1, 2021- June 30, 2026. Every five years, WNYLRC is required by New York State Regents to draft a 5-Year Strategic Plan of Service in partnership with the WNYLRC Board of Trustees and member libraries. There are two versions: one that goes to New York State (Plan of Service) and one that synthesizes the plan into goals and objectives (Member Strategic Plan). Below is the data the committee collected that was used to write the plan.
